Instead, we follow a meticulous process designed to help get to know each client’s situation, goals, and level of risk tolerance so that we can make appropriate recommendations to meet their needs. Everyone is different and we may amend our approach to suit a specific client, but in general, we utilize the following process to help those we’re privileged to serve.

Step 1: Discovery

Complete prospective client exercise, Initial meeting (Virtual or In Person)

Step 2: Clarify

Identify and prioritize goals, Determine long term objectives, Obtain qualitative and quantitative information, Complete “Total Investor” profile

Step 3: Engagement

Clearly communicate expectations, Agree on Scope of Work, Create a timeline for deliverables, Explain fee options

Step 4: Develop Customized Recommendations

Manage Risk & Mitigate Taxes while seeking to maximize returns, Determine return targets as relative to timeline and overall goals, Ensure proper diversification from an asset class and taxation standpoint

Step 5: Implementation

Determine and secure the most efficient and cost effective tools to achieve overall protection needs, Perform manager search and selection process, Consult with and explain plan to other pertinent advisors

Step 6: Ongoing Consultative Follow Up

Discuss any life changes and shifts in client’s circumstances that would affect any previously determined goals, ensure strategy is achieving the stated objectives, Ensure strategy is achieving the stated objectives, Measure and evaluate product and portfolio performance, Adjust Portfolio/Strategy if needed to reflect changes in the market environment or personal situation
